What We Collect

• Account info: First name, last name, email address when you create an account or submit an entry
• Google sign-in: If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google
• Entry data: Your 14 golfer picks, submission timestamp, and score
• Referral data: Which referral link you used to arrive (if any) and entries you referred
• Usage data: Page visits, clicks, and interactions via Google Analytics (anonymized)

How We Use It

• To run the contest — score your entry, display the leaderboard, and award prizes
• To contact winners about prize delivery
• To send contest-related updates (scoring updates, results) to participants
• To track referrals for the referral prize program
• To improve the site experience via anonymized analytics

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

Who We Share It With

• Firebase (Google): Our database and authentication provider. Your data is stored in Firebase Firestore and Firebase Auth.
• Google Analytics: Anonymized usage data for site improvement.
• No one else. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Leaderboard & Public Info

Your first name, last initial, score, and picks are visible on the public leaderboard. Your email address is never displayed publicly. By entering, you consent to your first name and last initial appearing on the leaderboard.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in Google Firebase, which uses industry-standard encryption and security practices. We retain contest data for up to 12 months after the contest closes, then delete or anonymize it.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and entry data at any time by emailing jared@classactsports.com. Requests will be processed within 30 days. Note that deleting your entry will forfeit any prizes you may have won.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (keeping you signed in) and Google Analytics cookies for anonymized usage tracking. No advertising cookies are used.

Children's Privacy

Brack Attack Golf is open to all ages. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without parental consent. If you are under 13, please have a parent or guardian review this policy and submit your entry on your behalf. Contact us at jared@classactsports.com to remove any data collected from a child under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
